The grape harvest takes place in the second week of September. After a careful selection, the grapes are hand picked, placed in crates and immediately transported to the cellar to be processed
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The must obtained is transferred into a special tank at a controlled temperature. Here the fermentation begins. After bottling, the wine is aged in the cellar or at least three months
