COLOUR<: Various. Light in colour from lowlands, dark brown from mountains
SCENT: Light, pleasant
FLAVOUR: Composite, deriving from mixed spontaneous flowerings. Potentially aromatic if it is from the mountains
CONSISTENCY: Liquid, it spontaneously crystallizes some months after harvesting
CONSERVATION: Room temperature sheltered from the sun
SIZES: 1kg – 500g – 250g – 50g
EXPIRY DATE: Two years from the date of production
