It is characterized by extreme sweetness and a pale yellow colour. Much appreciated for its therapeutic properties, a good remedy for liver diseases and a bowel regulator

SCENT: Distinctive, intense

CONSISTENCY: Honey that it is difficult to produce in that it crystallizes very fast

CONSERVATION: Room temperature sheltered from the sun
